 Chairman 

With a background in law and a core competence in mining exploration and metallurgy, Andrew has experience in creating and

structuring the necessary strategic alliances to build solid  businesses with the potential for sustained growth.

Andrew  has performed executive roles for several public companies as well as  being an experienced Chairman and non- executive Director.

For several years Andrew was also on the ‘buyside’ as a member of the investment committee of a managed fund.

Andrew  has advised numerous companies on ASX listings, including Citadel  Mining Group Ltd (acquired by Equinox Minerals for $1.25 billion),  Talisman Mining Ltd (ASX: TLM) and AIM Resources Ltd (merged with  Intrepid Mines (ASX: IAU)). He has assisted these companies and others  including Cudeco Ltd (ASX: CDU) with capital raisings and corporate strategy.

Andrew  holds a BA and LLB from Sydney University and has been a member of the  Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy for over 15 years.

Director - Compliance and Strategy

Lia is a corporate consultant based in Sydney with extensive investment experience and specialisation in resources and clean technology. At Keops, Lia is a Director and also Head of Strategy and Compliance. 

Lia’s corporate achievements include closing multiple debt financings and domestic and international equity raisings; completing project acquisitions and assessments; and finalising resource feasibility studies with particular emphasis on utilising clean technologies.   

Lia has over a decade's experience as director and company secretary of publicly listed resources companies in Australia, with detailed knowledge of ASX compliance, corporate governance and financial and company management.

Lia is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
